Welcome to the CrossFit South Arlington membership hold form.

In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we hope this message finds you and your loved ones healthy. Our gym will continue to honor all pause/hold requests per our gym policy as outlined below.

If you haven't already, please take a minute to check out CFSA's new at-home training & nutrition plans, delivered through virtual channels. Just because you're social distancing doesn't mean you have to forego the accountability from your coach, or the progress you've made in the gym.

Also, if you are under financial pressure but would like to continue services with CFSA, please skip this form and email Mehdi directly at mehdi@crossfitsoutharlington.com or Meredyth directly at meredyth@crossfitsoutharlington.com. We are here for you and will work with folks under financial duress on a case-by-case basis.


Summary of holds rules:

  1. Up to twelve (12) weeks of holds can be requested per calendar year
  2. Holds can be 2-weeks, 1-month or 2-months long
  3. Holds cannot be requested retroactively
  4. Holds will affect your billing dates. For example, if your current billing cycle is on the 8th of the month and you place a 2-week hold, your billing cycle will move to the 22nd of the month.
  5. All holds require a 72-hour notice or we cannot guarantee timely processing.
  6. Hold days cannot be refunded even if you end the hold early.
